Our policy is not to share or sell any information about our clients or their recipients to anyone outside our organization! We use encryption and SSL technology to protect all information sent to us on our secure order form.
Can I specify a gift card message?
Yes, during the checkout process, you will be prompted to write your gift message in an area called 'Card Message'

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically take 1 – 2 business days to be shipped. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery.
If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
Most deliveries arrive within 3-7 business days shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground in the continental US. Order to P.O. Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using US Mail. Orders are shipped within 1 – 2 business days. For orders requesting overnight or second day delivery, orders need to be placed by Noon Eastern Standard Time. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days.
Will I know my shipping charges before I place an order?
There is no additional charge for ground shipping within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses shipping rates vary by gift basket and is reflected on each gift page. You will be given the cost of all gift baskets while you are shopping on our website and before you check out.
Can I ship my basket anywhere?
Almost anywhere, we do not ship to foreign addresses. We can ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes, Hawaii and Alaska for an additional charge and allow additional days for delivery.
Why did I receive a different items in the gift basket I ordered?
In the rare instances when demand outstrips supply of a particular item in a gift basket, or the gift basket itself, we will replace that item with one of equal or greater value at no extra charge.
Why do you need my recipient's phone number?
The shipping companies request the recipient's phone number because it may be necessary to contact the recipient by telephone to complete delivery. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.
Will I be charged for the redelivery of gift baskets?
Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information. Delivery services will not forward to another address.
When is the last day I can place an order for Christmas delivery?
All orders received and confirmed by December 16, 2016 will arrive by Christmas. SPECIAL NOTE: Orders received and confirmed by Noon Eastern Standard time, December 22, 2016 and selecting overnight or second day delivery will arrive by Christmas. Please note that weather may cause delays beyond our ability or the shipping companies ability to control. Every effort is made to ensure delivery prior to Christmas Day.

What forms of payment does your business accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Do you collect sales tax?
State law requires us to collect sales tax for any orders placed by or delivered to Arizona residents.
Do the gift baskets containing chocolates need refrigeration?
Delivery companies that we work with don't refrigerate gift baskets that contain chocolate inside. It is possible that the chocolates inside your gift baskets could melt during delivery in a hot climate. During summer months we substitute items of equal or great value for chocolates to avoid melting.
I need help with a large order; multiple recipients and multiple locations. Do you provide personalized service?
Yes, we would be happy to assist with your gift selections. We know how hectic schedules can be. Please Email us with any questions. If you would please include information on how many gifts you are wanting to order, We can setup a specific time to discuss all your gifting needs.
What is your customer satisfaction & return policy?
Our clients satisfaction is our goal and we will do all we can, with in reason, to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. Any discrepancies must be reported by email within 7 calendar days. Items must be received back by Alaska Gift Baskets within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Alaska Gift Baskets will not refund or replace orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping information or gifts shipped to delivered to hospitals or hotels. Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect recipient shipping information submitted such as name, address, zip code or telephone will not be honored. It is the sender's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. Further, Alaska Gift Baskets will charge for any return shipping, address correction, package forwarding, reshipping and call tag charges.
Arrival times: Alaska Gift Baskets does not guarantee times or dates of arrival of any gift regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout, shipments to remote delivery areas or honor claims for alleged late gift delivery. Once the shipment is given to the shipping company we no longer have any control over delivery times.
Alaska Gift Baskets will replace or credit any part of a gift deemed to be damaged or defective, however we do not issue credit where subjective matters of taste, style or retail value are involved.
Alaska Gift Baskets reserves the right, when necessary, to substitute items of equal or greater value depending on availability and season. Substitutions for chocolate items are made May through October.
