Program Terms and Conditions Points will be awarded for net purchase amount of products purchased from ACO Enterprises, LLC dba Alaska Gift Baskets, AK Gift Solutions and ADiaperCake.com only when orders are paid. Refunds will reduce points posted to your account. Subject to these terms and conditions, points may be redeemed for product rewards (“reward”). No points are awarded on amounts paid for sales tax and shipping. Minimum purchase of one item per calendar year is required to be awarded and/or redeem points. Points are non-transferable. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Points have no cash value. Once points have been redeemed for a reward, they are non-refundable and cannot be converted back into points. Rewards may only be returned or exchanged for identical replacement product if the Reward is damaged or defective. Damaged and defective Rewards must be received within 30 days of delivery to Alaska Gift Baskets. If return request is after 30 days from receipt, the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly regarding returns/warranties. Once Reward request has been submitted, products purchased with points have been awarded and are non-returnable. Any taxes due and payable on the points or rewards are the obligation of the individual receiving the points or Rewards. ACO Enterprises, LLC and its businesses disclaims all warranties and guarantees in connection with any rewards, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling of reward gifts. Shipping amount varies depending on the reward selected, typically shipping for non-gift card rewards is between $10.95 and $19.95. ACO Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirect mail in connection with this program. Companies referenced herein are not affiliated with ACO Enterprises, LLC or its divisions and ACO Enterprises, LLC does not provide, endorse, nor guarantee and is not liable for any product or service shown here. All pictures, logo’s and company names belong to the respective companies. Actual products may vary from pictures and descriptions due to printing and/or manufacturers’ updates/changes or discontinued items. All gift cards are issued by the respective companies. ACO Enterprises, LLC has attempted to obtain gift cards which may be used towards purchases both in-store and on-line, however, customer is responsible for confirming methods of acceptance with the gift card company. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, applied as payment to any credit card account or applied to any past purchases. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Upon receipt, please refer to the gift card/gift certificates for complete terms and conditions. ACO Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to revise or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. Rewards are subject to change or cancellation without notice. |
